Sweet Talk is a fully licensed cafe in the heart of Port Moody with a focus on donuts, coffee, breakfast sandwiches and much more. **Hiring Line Cooks**

7:00am-3:00pm, weekends included.

Full-time position.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Line Cook or similar role in the food industry
- Comfortable and capable in a high pace work environment.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient food service
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

**Duties**:

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
- Monitor food inventory levels and communicate any shortages or discrepancies to the manager
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and cooking techniques
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Clean and sanitize workstations, utensils, and equipment regularly
