CP Distributors has a current opening for an ambitious **Pre-Installation Fabricator** located in our **Saskatoon, SK** Branch.

The position is full-time for a highly motivated and organized professional and has tremendous growth opportunities.

As a **Pre-Installation Fabricator**, you will be responsible to:

- Safely operate various power tools including, handheld drills, grinders, reamers, saws, nail guns, scanners, and warehouse equipment;
- Perform light gauge metal welding and have a practical understanding of hollow metal and wood doors and their uses;
- Utilize overhead hoist, assembly jigs, and rotating equipment to preassemble hardware onto doors;
- Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to workplace policies;
- Provide exceptional customer service and work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders.

**Your Experience**:

- Ideally, you bring 1-2+ years of general welding experience or applied construction trades training;
- Experience operating a forklift is considered an asset;
- Experience with construction, specifically hollow metal door hardware installation. A strong mechanical background is considered an asset.

**Your Skills**:

- Demonstrated attention to detail and focused on producing top-quality work;
- Quick learner and eager to take on new challenges. Including cross-training with various positions at our facility;
- Perform work unsupervised and as part of a team;
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues across our company maintaining our close-knit, team-oriented
