Acara Glass & Aluminum is proud to have been in business for over 30 years. We are a full-service glass and aluminum company specializing in sales, service and installations in the Saskatoon area. We are looking for the right individuals that are interested in joining our team to create and install high-quality glass and aluminum products for our valued customers.

The Fabricator position is a key role in the project delivery process. Safety, attention to detail, and quality of workmanship, while maintaining schedules, are paramount for success in this position.

**Duties & Responsibilities**

All duties leading to the complete fabrication of aluminum window framing systems:

- Saw cutting aluminum, steel, and various other materials required for fabrication
- Layout, assemble, caulk, and carry aluminum curtainwall, storefronts, windows, doors, etc.
- Measure, cut, and drill aluminum extrusions
- Operate machines and tools as needed: saws, metal-break, drills, etc.
- Inspect aluminum for various quality flaws
- Assist with loading and offloading stock and finished structures off of trucks/trailers will be a regular part of your duties
- Deliver products to job sites as needed
- Assist and support project management to ensure continuity between tender, construction, and project completion
- Basic housekeeping duties in the shop. Sweep floors, maintain clean workspace, etc.
- Assist with the installation of curtain walls, storefronts, and glass on-site as required
- Other duties as assigned by management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
