Fusion Cine is a boutique company providing sales, rentals, and repairs primarily to the film and television industries across Canada.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Diagnosing and sending items off to vendors for repair - coordinating timely return of product.
- Repairing items in-house when possible.
- Managing Service order within R2 inventory management software.
- Basic handywork for modifications and custom alterations.
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting over the phone, and occasionally going out into the field to resolve technical issues.
- Provide one on one equipment demos to clients for advanced use of gear.
- Video, audio, and power cable repair and manufacture.
- Fulfill admin duties in processing service orders and tickets, and ordering parts.
- Work with manufacturers to ensure all equipment maintains latest firmware/software and a high level of functionality.
- Equipment evaluation**:Lenses** - Check focus, iris zoom, autofocus stabilization, and collimation. **Monitors** - Calibration and alignment. **Cameras** - I/O check, generate scratch log, clean and check sensor for lit/dead pixels, reset camera. **Filters** - Generate scratch logs. **Audio** - Check for signal noise, connector issues,

- Works well under pressure with the ability to set and manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands of the work environment.
- Self-motivated, organized, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to problem solve and multitask.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to demonstrate knowledge of equipment technologies to assist our clientele.

**Qualifications**:

- Must have practical video and film industry experience and operational knowledge of production cameras, audio, lighting equipment, and common post & editorial workflows.
- Must have customer service experience (film production experience only resumes will not be considered).

**Physical Requirements**:

- Able to lift up to 40-50 lbs. of cases and/or equipment.
- Sitting and standing for long periods of time.
