**职位描述 / Job Description**
- 在自己擅长的新媒体平台如：小红书，抖音，B站，YouTube，Instagram，视频号等，进行以吸引移民留学客群为核心目的的内容输出，搜集并挖掘行业热点话题、产品和项目，进行有效引流获客（重要）；
- Create content on preferred social media platforms like Red Book, Tiktok, Bilibili, YouTube, Instagram, and WeChat Channels, aimed at attracting immigration and study-abroad clients. Identify and exploit trending topics, hot industry issues, and relevant products/projects to effectively drive traffic and customer acquisition (crucial)._
- 负责公司各平台官方账号的内容日常更新，形式可为图文、短视频或直播；
- Manage daily content updates on the company's official accounts across various platforms, using formats like text, short videos, or live streaming._
- 粉丝留言及时回复，实现公域流量转私域，维护私域客群社群；
- Respond promptly to fan comments, converting public traffic into private traffic and maintaining private domain customer communities._
- 以数据为导向推动内容优化，增加阅读量、点赞收藏量和粉丝互动量；
- Use data-driven strategies to optimize content, increasing views, likes, shares, and follower interaction._
- 对高转化的笔记、视频、推文进行投放，统计获客和转化数据并进行优化；
- Promote high-conversion posts, videos, and tweets, track customer acquisition and conversion data, and refine strategies for better results._
- 对引流进入私域的有效客户进行后续跟踪转化，配合顾问促成签约。
- Follow up on customers who enter private domains through the content, working with consultants to close deals._

**职位要求 / Job Requirements**
- 1年以上新媒体IP内容运营经验，有成功运营过行业小红书号、短视频号（抖音，B站，油管等）经验者优先；有直播经验者优先考虑。
- 熟悉中国和加拿大主流新媒体平台的玩法和规则，有投流经验者更佳；具备优秀的行业内容敏感度，良好的文字驾驭和原创能力，熟悉图片及视频的拍摄及后期制作；具备快速整合信息、收集素材、创作内容的能力。
- Familiarity with the major social media platforms in China and Canada, understanding their algorithms, best practices, and platform rules. Experience in paid promotion is a plus. Excellent content sensitivity, strong writing, and original content creation skills, along with expertise in shooting and editing photos and videos. Ability to quickly gather and synthesize information, collect materials, and create content._
- 对留学移民领域充满热情，如有辅助生殖方面经验更佳，熟悉高净值客群需求，对用户画像及用户痛点有较强的把握能力，善于捕捉热点、痛点和产品卖点，能够针对用户群体特点进行内容输出。
- Passionate about the study-abroad and immigration sectors, with bonus points for experience in assisted reproduction. A strong understanding of high-net-worth client needs, proficiency in identifying user personas and pain points, and the ability to create content tailored to target audiences by capturing trends, challenges, and product selling points._
- 具备团队合作精神和良好的沟通能力；学习能力强，态度积极，能够时刻保持有效沟通，快速掌握加拿大各省和联邦移民留学政策及美国移民留学项目，具备高度的行业敏锐度。
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills; a quick learner with a positive attitude. Capable of maintaining effective communication, quickly mastering Canadian provincial and federal immigration and study-abroad policies, as well as U.S. immigration and study-abroad programs. _

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance

Pay: $50,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
