Social Media Specialist/自媒体运营

【岗位职责】

1. 在自己擅长的新媒体平台如：小红书，抖音，B站，Youtube，Instagram，视频号等，进行以吸引移民留学客群为核心目的的内容输出，搜集并挖掘劲爆行业，热点话题、产品+项目，进行有效引流获客；

2. 负责公司个平台官方账号的内容创作日常更新，图文短视频、直播形式皆可；

3. 协助主管日常管理工作，配合公司线下活动，协助主管建立完善市场部工作流程及制度规范，安排总监行程；

4. 以数据为导向推动内容优化，增加阅读量，赞藏量，粉丝互动量，微信客户咨询量；

5. 对高转化的笔记，视频，推文进行投放，每周进行统计获客和转化数据并优化；

6. 与机构，渠道等多方建立和维护合作关系，拓展销售渠道，提高市场占有率；协助市场负责人进行线下活动策划，执行。

【职位要求】

1. 3年以上新媒体IP内容运营经验，如果有成功运营过行业小红书号，微信公众号内容创作，视频号（抖音，B站，油管等）经验的更佳；有直播经验的优先考虑。

2. 熟悉中国，加拿大主流新媒体平台的打法，玩法，平台规则，有自媒体投流经验，Google ads投放经验优先;
3. 懂矩阵引流策略，会使用AI工具提高创作效率，擅长将平台流量转私域。

4. 具备优秀的行业内容敏感度，良好的文字驾驭和原创能力，图片及视频的拍摄及后期制作；具备快速整合信息，收集素材、创作内容的能力；

5. 对留学移民领域充满热情，如有辅助生殖方面经验更佳，熟悉高净值客群需求，对用户画像及用户痛点有较强的把握能力，善于捕捉热点，痛点，产品卖点，能够针对用户人群特点进行内容输出；

6. 具备团队合作精神和良好的沟通能力；学习能力强，态度积极，能时刻保持有效沟通，能够快速掌握加拿大各省和联邦移民留学政策，美国移民留学项目，学习能力强，具备高度的行业敏锐度。

**Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Create and publish engaging content on preferred social media platforms, including Xiaohongshu, Douyin, YouTube, Instagram, and WeChat Channels, with a focus on attracting immigration and study-abroad clients.
- **Trend Analysis**:Identify and leverage trending topics, industry hot spots, and relevant products or projects to drive effective traffic and lead generation.
- **Account Management**: Manage daily updates on the company's official social media accounts using a variety of formats such as text, short videos, and live streams.
- **Engagement & Conversion**: Respond promptly to fan comments, converting public traffic into private traffic, and maintain private customer communities.
- **Data-Driven Optimization**: Utilize data-driven insights to optimize content for higher engagement, including improving views, likes, shares, and interaction with followers.
- **Ad Campaigns**: Promote high-conversion content (posts, videos, tweets), monitor customer acquisition and conversion metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Research, write, and edit compelling posts for **WeChat, Xiao hong shu, Douyin (TikTok), LinkedIn, Instagram, and Google Ads**

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years experience in social media content management, with preference for those who have successfully managed accounts on Xiaohongshu, Douyin, YouTube, or live-streaming platforms.
- Familiarity with social media platforms in both China and Canada, including their algorithms, best practices, and platform rules. Experience in paid promotion is a plus.
- Strong sense of industry content trends and a keen eye for viral topics. Excellent writing, content creation, and originality, along with skills in shooting and editing photos and videos.
- Experience in converting public traffic into private traffic and maintaining community engagement.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in **Canva, CapCut, ChatGPT, DeepSeek etc**.
- Basic WordPress/web editing (to update landing pages).
- Familiarity with **livestream setups** (OBS Studio, lighting/audio).

**Soft Skills**: Creative, deadline-driven, and able to adapt to algorithm changes.

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
