The patient experience coordinator (PEC) is available to meet any needs for the patients and families of Bluewater Hearing & Balance. The PEC is a crucial position and is a part of the office team. This position requires someone who is extremely outgoing, enjoys being in front of the public, loves talking to people, and helping them. This position requires someone who thrives when in a group, in busy places, and feels the best days are when surrounded by others.

The patient experience coordinator is the liaison between the patient and all other staff members. This person should be someone patients trust to get them answers but that also enforces the policies of the office while providing 5-Star Ritz Carlton Customer Service This person also must be able to handle high stress situations and be able to multi task several things at one time with strong telephone, typing, and computer skills. The duties also include but are not limited to helping patients checkin with tablets, processing the patients appointment online, sending online document, working on a computer in real time quickly with multiple programs, while also engaging the patients. Opening and closing office, reporting office results to leadership team, and serving as the go to person for financial questions and processing payments, and filling out financial forms.
