We are currently seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join our dynamic team on a full-time permanent basis.

PRIMARY REPONSIBILITIES
- Creating and executing plans to increase sales of LG Builder and Signature Kitchen Suite product lines within assigned territory of BC and Alberta.
- Achievement of other key KPI’s such as profitability.
- Developing strong, trusting relationships with retail head office, store, designer, and builder contacts.
- Becoming an expert on product, market space, and process.
- Providing expert-level product training to store sales associates.
- Providing high-level of support to accounts within territory.

KNOWLDEGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Experience and relationships within Builder Home Appliances and/or Luxury Appliances space.
- Experience within Home Appliances space.
- Experience selling products with long-sales-cycles.
- Self-starter with drive to win.
- Analytical, curious, and persistent.
- Strong presentation/training/teaching skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt with growing businesses and teams.
- Excellent time management skills, accuracy, and attention to detail..
- Home-based role, but with significant travel (50%) within territory of BC and Alberta. Occasional travel to the US and Toronto.
