We are seeking an experienced **Development Manager**to lead the design, development, and integration of **AI/ML-driven solutions**into **FortiAnalyzer**, enhancing its security analytics and automation capabilities. This role requires a strong background in **AI/ML model development, security data analysis, and software engineering**, as well as leadership experience in managing development teams.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the development and integration of **AI/ML-powered features**into **FortiAnalyzer**, focusing on security analytics, anomaly detection, and automated threat response.
- Manage and mentor a team of **software developers and data scientists**, ensuring the successful delivery of AI/ML solutions.
- Oversee the **entire AI/ML pipeline**, including data collection, preprocessing, model training, deployment, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with **security experts, product managers, and cross-functional engineering teams**to align AI/ML initiatives with business and product goals.
- Ensure the **scalability, reliability, and security**of AI/ML solutions in a production environment.
- Stay up to date with **AI/ML advancements, security threats, SIEM/SOAR trends**, and industry best practices to drive innovation.

**Basic Requirements**
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in **Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field**.
- Strong background in **data science or data engineering**, including data processing, feature engineering, and model optimization.
- Proficiency in **Python, scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and data processing frameworks**.
- Work experience in **security data analysis, SIEM (Security Information and Event Management), or SOAR (Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response)**.
- Proven experience **leading and managing a development team**to deliver **AI/ML solutions integrated into a product**.

**Bonus Skills**
- Experience working with **log analytics, cybersecurity, and Fortinet security solutions**.
- Knowledge of database, data warehouse and data lakehouse.
- Knowledge of **big data processing frameworks**such as Apache Spark, Hadoop.
