As an integral part of our sales team, you will be responsible for **developing new business, managing existing accounts, and providing technical support** to customers in the metalworking industry. This position requires regular travel within your assigned territory to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and grow sales within the assigned territory by identifying new opportunities and expanding business with existing customers.
- Conduct regular customer visits to assess needs, present tooling solutions, and provide on-site technical support.
- Generate revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders, understanding and interpreting technical requirements, providing product recommendations, and developing long-term accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships through responsive communication, professional follow-up, and exceptional customer service.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding pricing, lead times, delivery schedules, and product availability.
- Collaborate closely with inside sales team to ensure accurate and timely order processing, quotations, and follow-up.
- Stay informed of industry trends to identify new sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Work with suppliers and vendors to source tooling and ensure customer needs and timelines are met.
- Achieve or exceed sales goals by developing strategic account plans and maintaining a consistent sales pipeline.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the metalworking, tooling, or industrial supply industry.
- Technical background or hands-on manufacturing experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively within a defined sales territory.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital sales tools.
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt and respond to different personalities and business environments.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region.
