- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities to potential buyers.
- Upsell additional products and services that enhance the customer’s purchase experience.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline and follow up with leads to ensure timely communication.
- Collaborate with sales support staff to streamline the sales process and enhance customer experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new models, and competitor offerings to provide knowledgeable insights to customers.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in dealership or retail sales environment is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple customers and tasks efficiently.
- Proficient phone etiquette for effective communication with clients over the phone.
- Experience in outside sales is advantageous, demonstrating adaptability in various sales environments.
- A proactive approach to upselling products and services that meet customer needs.
