**The Kind of Person We're Looking For**:
As a Founding Facilitator, you are a **passionate, entrepreneurial community builder** with an **artistic eye**, who is eager to grow their own following with our Mandalas & Mocktails workshop, while helping us expand MediPaint and create positive waves in this world

→ This is a flexible, part-time contractor position, with opportunity for growth into management position
→ Training will be provided.
→ Hourly rate for training period+work assigned outside of sessions, with flat rate per session plus tips/commission earned.
→ Post-secondary students are very welcome.
→ Admin/marketing work is WFH but sessions are held in various venues around Edmonton and surrounding area, you must be able to drive as you will have materials/supplies to bring.

**Qualifications**

**Education**:

- In-progress or completed post-secondary education

**Experience**:

- Group facilitation experience is an asset (does not have to be yoga/meditation)
- Office/corporate experience is an asset
- Proven success with social media management is an asset

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
- You do not need to be a practicing artist but you must have an artistic eye
- Commitment to continuous learning by actively fostering own spiritual care and development
- Ability to work independently and effectively, and think outside of the box
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication abilities, not afraid to ask questions
- Excellent observation and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with social media - FB/IG/LinkedIn

**Salary**: $17.50-$26.00 per hour
