**Your Role**
We’re looking for a friendly, skilled, and motivated **Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)** to join our growing team. You’ll be part of an exciting clinic launch, helping to establish smooth workflows, create positive patient experiences, and shape the energy of our new office from day one.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist dentists chairside with all clinical procedures
- Maintain and sterilize instruments and operatories
- Take digital x-rays, intraoral scans, and impressions
- Record treatment notes and maintain accurate patient records
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
- Support front desk and scheduling as needed
- Contribute to a positive, team-based work environment

**Qualifications**:

- Registered Dental Assistant (RDA Level II) in good standing with the College of Alberta Dental Assistants (CADA)
- CPR certification (current)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, proactive, and adaptable to new technologies
- Experience with digital charting and scanners (Dentrix/iTero experience an asset)

Pay: $20.00-$32.00 per hour
