**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that best suit their needs.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to enhance customer understanding and drive sales.
- Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities during customer interactions.
- Maintain an organized sales floor, ensuring that products are well-displayed and stocked.
- Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about new product releases and industry trends to provide knowledgeable assistance.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.

**Skills**
- Proven ability to sell and achieve sales targets in a retail environment.
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain an orderly workspace.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer calls professionally.
- Familiarity with POS systems for efficient transaction processing.
- Experience in technology or technical sales is highly desirable.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
- Proficient in upselling techniques to enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
