**Responsibilities**:
We are looking for a Metal Settlement Administrator with excellent customer service and communication skills.

As our new Metal Settlement Administrator for Real Alloy Canada Ltd. Mississauga, you will use your knowledge to coordinate activities between the Scrap Purchasing Department and Receiving/Processing/Production Departments.
If you are a Metal Settlement Administrator who can:
- Settle loads and enter information into the system
- File settlements and supporting paperwork
- Examine raw material received as needed and confirm material analysis
- Interface with raw material suppliers and negotiate equitable purchasing settlements as needed
- Complete reports for counterparts in other facilities, the Metal Trader or other Facility Managers as needed
- Gather settlement documentation and make necessary settlements as necessary
- Coordinate (communications) between the Receiving Department and the Raw Material Purchasing Department regarding discrepancies and metal analysis or weight discrepancies
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the skills and procedures required to purchase aluminum scrap in a cost effective manner
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma with relevant experience required (College Diploma preferred)
- Minimum 4 years' experience in a customer service role (Manufacturing experience preferred)
- 2 or more years of working knowledge in business and process improvement
- Ability to effecitivly communicate and problem solve
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Proven ability to work with minimum supervision
- Proficency in Microsoft Office products
