**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking automotive repair services. Your expertise in automotive repair, combined with exceptional customer service skills, will ensure that our clients receive the best possible experience while their vehicles are serviced. You will play a crucial role in facilitating communication between customers and technicians, ensuring that all service needs are met efficiently and effectively.

**Duties**
- Greet customers promptly and professionally as they arrive at the service department.
- Assess customer needs by listening to their concerns and providing recommendations based on mechanical knowledge.
- Schedule service appointments and manage the workflow of the service department.
- Communicate with technicians regarding the specifics of repairs and services needed.
- Provide accurate estimates for repairs and services, including parts and labor costs.
- Upsell additional services or products that may benefit the customer’s vehicle performance.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any further questions or concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized service area to enhance customer experience.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a dealership or automotive repair environment is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to effectively communicate with both customers and technicians.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships and trust with clients.
- Proven sales ability, particularly in upselling automotive services or products.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn new skills within the automotive industry.

Pay: $20.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
