A good MSR is welcoming and dependable with strong communication skills. You're on the front line, making a difference every day - whether you're processing routine transactions or making suggestions and referrals for financial products and services.

A Grade 12 education is the minimum requirement for this position, but you'll have a leg up if you have post-secondary training and experience in sales and customer service. Work is located in a normal office environment, with typical demands including computer use and keyboarding; light physical exertion including lifting; sitting and standing for long periods of time.
- _This position is considered full time (37.50 hours/week) deemed to end December 31, 2025. The actual length could be shortened or lengthened depending upon organizational requirements._
