**Your Main Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and ensure adherence to Lean methods in your sector.
- Support and guide your team in implementing efficient Lean production.
- Analyze production processes to:

- Identify and eliminate bottlenecks.
- Identify and reduce waste.
- Implement and improve standardized work.
- Prioritize continuous improvement projects for your sector.
- Lead improvement workshops for your team.
- Plan the workforce and ensure optimal management.
- Achieve the operational goals of your sector while adhering to Lean principles.

**Knowledge and Skills**:

- Excellent understanding of operational modes, work methods, policies, and regulations of the company.
- Relevant experience in supervision.
- Proficient in computer tools: Access, Excel, Word, Outlook.

- Good communicator and motivator, capable of rallying the team.
- Responsible, autonomous, and with excellent decision-making skills.
- Able to effectively manage stress and work under pressure.
- Highly capable of learning, adapting, and managing change.
- Comfortable with training and knowledge transfer.

- Good listening skills and a talent for motivating employees.
- Proven leadership through concrete actions.
