**Overview**
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Care Aides to provide essential support and care to individuals in their homes. This role is vital in enhancing the quality of life for our clients, particularly seniors and those with disabilities. As a Home Health Care Aide, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with daily activities, ensuring their comfort and safety, and promoting their independence.

**Duties**
- Provide personal care services including bathing, grooming, and dressing assistance.
- Assist clients with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary.
- Support meal preparation and ensure nutritional needs are met.
- Administer medication reminders and monitor client health as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Offer companionship and engage clients in social activities to enhance their emotional well-being.
- Assist with housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
- Provide specialized care for clients with conditions such as dementia or those requiring hospice care.
- Collaborate with family members and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.

**Experience**
- Must be fluent in English
- Previous experience in home care, senior care, or assisted living environments is required.
- Familiarity with working with individuals with disabilities is a plus.
- Skills in meal preparation and basic household cleaning are essential.
- A background in nursing or related healthcare fields is beneficial but not required.
- Compassionate demeanor with strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and families.

Pay: $19.00-$22.50 per hour
