Green Team Contracting is hiring for the position of a gardener for the upcoming season.

Duties to include planting, weeding, cultivating, transplanting, fertilizing, edging, pruning, installing bark mulch, maintaining garden beds, use of some power equipment. May participate in design, preparation and installation of garden areas and general property maintenance.

Always lead by example and act in a respectful and professional manner.

Interact with clients, anticipate what is needed at each site and be able to implement it.

Must have valid drivers license.

Must be in good shape and willing to do physical labor.

Must be dependable, have a reliable form of communication (cell phone) and have reliable transportation to and from work.

30-50hrs per week depending on the time of the season. Mostly Weekdays but occasional Weekends depending on the demand and weather.

Possible year round employment with our winter operations.

Above average wages based on qualifications and experience - $15-$20/hr

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Seasonal

**Salary**: $15.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Lunenburg, NS B0J 2C0: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
