We are looking for a **Medical Office Assistant (MOA) **join our team. The position is a fixed-term contract to cover a maternity leave. This is a great opportunity for an MOA who wants to join a community of interdisciplinary healthcare professionals that focus on treating the whole-body system.

Shift: Tuesday to Saturday

**Your duties include but are not limited to**:

- Answer the phone, schedule, and confirm paramedical appointments, greet patients, receive and communicate messages.
- Use an online booking system for booking appointments, billing, preparing reports, letters, and medical records.
- Complete insurance and other claim forms.
- Process payments, bank documents, and accounts receivable.
- Set up and maintain records management systems.
- Keep examination areas clean, orderly, and stocked with supplies.
- Laundering practitioner linens.
- Clean and sanitize common areas regularly.
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Completed the Medical Office Assistant Diploma from a recognized institution is an asset.
- Minimum 1-year recent, related experience in a medical office is preferred but not required.
- Experience working management system Jane is an asset
- Able to maintain a friendly, warm, and high trust work environment

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 33 per week
