**Position Summary**
Under the direction of the Clubhouse Manager, the service coordinators are on the front lines of ensuring excellent member experiences. In doing that, this position will be responsible for many duties in the day to day operation of the clubhouse to support its efficient operation.
**Major Accountabilities**
- Key interface to members on a day-to-day basis with respect to their needs and support
- Support the operation of the clubhouse with respect to customer service, serving and minor cooking/BBQ’ing tasks related to the bar, patio, dinning and kitchen areas, manning reception, cart retrieval, etc.
- Maintenance tasks around the clubhouse that include but not limited to: garbage removal, change room cleaning, bar cleanliness, patio cleanliness, kitchen cleanliness, grounds that are within proximity of the clubhouse, inventory replenishing, Culligan water at tennis courts and clubhouse location
- Responsible for processing all member transactions via the Tee-On Point of Sale system and devices and maintain/transfer member chit transactions in this system
- Overall support member best experiences through relations, support and keeping the Clubhouse in good condition for member use
- Takes direction from Clubhouse manager

**Qualifications**:
High School or Equivalent
Drivers license

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour
