**Procurement Specialist - Piping**

**As our Procurement Specialist you will work with our Procurement Team, Project Managers and other project team members to provide all aspects of sourcing Piping and instrumentation materials along with applicable accessories.**

**Position Overview**:

- **Compile and prepare pertinent documents such as RFB’s SDR’s subcontracts, PO’s and material tracking schedules.**:

- Follow-up on PO’s, monitor material deliveries in accordance with project requirements.
- Maintain **project material tracking schedules**.
- **Prepare bid requests, subcontracts and all other forms of procurement documentation as required**.
- Assist with PO and subcontract changes if required.

**Qualifications Needed**:

- **Extensive experience sourcing piping & instrumentation materials for industrial construction projects.**:

- Experience with documentation requirements **for piping & instrumentation goods**.
- Experience **working with piping/fluid handling systems and instrumentation equipment**.
- A clear communicator offering creative solutions while managing tight deadlines and critical project details.
- Familiarity with **industrial construction is essential**.
- **Proficient with MS Office Suite**
