HomeLife/Cimerman is seeking a motivated and experienced licensed realtor or broker to join our team as a Team Leader for our Rental Division. As the Team Leader, you will have the exciting opportunity to grow your own team, provide agents with a pipeline of leads, and deliver comprehensive training and mentorship. **Responsibilities**:
**Team Leadership and Development**:

- Recruit, select, and onboard rental agents to build and expand your team.
- Provide ongoing training, guidance, and mentorship to ensure agents' success.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment to promote productivity and motivation.
- Set performance goals and conduct regular performance evaluations to drive individual and team growth.

**Lead Generation and Pipeline Management**:

- Generate a consistent pipeline of leads for rental agents through various marketing strategies.
- Utilize your network and industry connections to build relationships with landlords, property managers, and other professionals.
- Stay updated on market trends and rental demands to effectively allocate leads and opportunities to agents.

**Training and Mentorship**:

- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance agents' skills and knowledge.
- Provide ongoing mentorship and support to help agents achieve their professional goals.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.

**Client Relationship Management**:

- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their rental needs and provide exceptional service.
- Assist agents in conducting property showings, negotiating lease agreements, and addressing client inquiries and concerns.
- Ensure agents adhere to ethical and legal standards in all client interactions.
