**Job Title: Cleaning Technician**

Full Time Cleaners will average between $350 to $550 per week take home The position will mainly be located in Surrey taking care of our residential cleaning for clients

Note: Prior 2 years of experience in professional cleaning or janitorial services is required. Cleaning Technician will provide equipment needed per each job.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and window cleaning
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Perform linen washing and replacing procedures
- Clean and maintain common areas, such as lobbies, hallways, and break rooms
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the supervisor
- Adhere to company policies and procedures

**Must Haves**:

- A Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation and vehicle insurance
- General liability insurance
- 2 Years of cleaning experience
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Strong time management skills to ensure efficient completion of assigned tasks
- Good communication skills to interact with team members and clients
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects (up to 25 lbs) if required
