**The Opportunity**

As Plannera strengthens its digital foundation, we’re introducing a new Director-level role to shape how our systems evolve. The Director, Enterprise Architecture and Security is responsible for leading the development of our digital architecture strategy while ensuring robust information security practices. This role reports to the Chief Technology Officer and will be critical in defining how our systems interconnect, scale, and stay secure - supporting the growth of Plannera’s core services. As Director, you will be responsible to:

- Define and continuously evolve the enterprise architecture vision that enables scalable, integrated digital services across Plannera.
- Lead information security strategy, policy design, and incident response protocols, ensuring proactive risk management.
- Collaborate across business lines to align technology architecture with corporate goals.
- Provide strategic counsel to senior leadership on system investments and risk trade-offs.
- Fost a high-performing architecture and security function by mentoring emerging leaders and embedding scalable, sustainable practices that endure through organizational growth.

You will be:

- A strategist who can translate business goals into scalable, secure digital architecture
- A trusted advisor with deep expertise in cybersecurity, risk frameworks, and information governance
- A collaborative leader who builds internal capability and promotes a culture of secure-by-design thinking
- You will play a key role in guiding system modernization initiatives, shaping AI strategies, and embedding security practices across digital services.

We are looking for a leader with a proven track record in enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, and innovation. Typically, the knowledge and experience required to achieve the above is obtained through a combination of:

- Extensive experience in enterprise architecture and security leadership within complex organizations
- Certification in relevant security standards and practical experience with architectural frameworks
- Advanced education in computer science, information systems, or a related field
