We are currently looking for a Service Advisor to join our team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: greeting and consulting customers on service needs and concerns, making and answering phone calls to book service appointments, following up with customers, verifying warranty and service contract coverage, writing work orders, presenting estimates, collecting payments, all while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Competitive pay plan will vary with experience. Pay plan will include an hourly wage and a performance based bonus.

Customer Service, organization, and time management skills are important.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
