**Job Purpose**

To provide a fun, interactive and informative experience for our visitors while executing key service metrics

**Key Responsibilities**

**Customer**
- Acts as a host to all visitors of Eau Claire Distillery
- Leads product tasting sessions with visitors.
- Product promotion and brand awareness.
- Maintains a “Can Do” attitude.
- Is aware of all upcoming events at the Distillery and promotes with visitors.
- Solicits feedback from visitors and communicates opportunities and successes with management.

**Team**
- Uses company time productively and is proactive with required duties and tasks.
- Communicates effectively with management and is open to coaching and training.
- Ensures confidentiality regarding business related privileged information.
- Attends all required training sessions and meetings.
- Maintains a professional communication style when interacting with other team members.

**Quality**
- Ensures cleaning schedule is strictly adhered to daily.
- Ensures buildings are clean, organized and free of debris/clutter.
- Maintain duty checklists
- Ensures that Rupert's is constantly maintained for cleanliness and ambiance and that the retail items are continually stocked and visually appealing.
- Ensures all daily duty checklists are completed with accuracy.
- Adheres to all Health & Safety rules
- Adheres to all A.G.L.C regulations.
- Demonstrates a high level of product knowledge.

**Financial**
- Maintains par inventory levels for all retail items.
- Performs daily cash out and reconciliation duties.

The above key job responsibilities may be amended, and additional duties may be assigned by management based on business needs.

**Required Job Skills**
- The ability to use a POS machine
- Strong and confident public speaking skills are required for this position.
- Able to work extremely well within a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills.

**Other Requirements**
- Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Must have reliable transportation to the Distillery as public transit is not available.
- Valid ProServe

Physical requirements include but are not limited to;
- Walking or standing for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift and/or push up to 30 lbs.
- Repetitive motions such as reaching, pushing, pulling, grasping.
- Working in warm or cold temperatures.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
