**Alberta's first Craft Distillery is looking to add a very special " Social Animal" to join our Hospitality team in Turner Valley, Alberta.** **Job Purpose** To provide a fun, interactive and informative experience for our visitors while executing key service metrics including Retail sales, Product knowledge, Bartending, serving and Hosting visitors. **Key Responsibilities** - Acts as a host to all visitors to Eau Claire Distillery - Leads product tasting sessions with visitors. - Performs retail sales assistance to our visitors. - Product promotion and brand awareness. - Learning about products and the company - Bartending - Serving **Required Job Skills** - Retail experience is considered an asset - Bartending/ Serving experience is considered an asset - Strong and confident public speaking skills are required for this position. - Able to work extremely well within a team environment. - Strong product knowledge **Other Requirements** - Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays. - Must have reliable transportation to the Distillery as public transit is not available. - Must have valid Pro Serve. **Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week Additional pay: - Tips **Benefits**: - Casual dress - Discounted or free food - On-site parking - Store discount Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Day shift - Every Weekend - Monday to Friday - Weekends as needed **Experience**: - Retail sales: 1 year (preferred) - Serving/ Bartending: 1 year (preferred) Licence/Certification: - ProServe (required) Work Location: In person
