**Hours**: Full-time, Monday-Friday
**Salary**: Competitive, based on experience

**About Us**:
Little Champ Camp is a fun, inclusive, and award-winning summer camp serving children ages 4-12 in Mississauga. We focus on creating memorable experiences through games, sports, arts & crafts, and interactive activities.

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a **Camp Supervisor** to lead and support our camp team while ensuring a safe, engaging, and positive environment for campers. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a passion for working with children.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily camp operations and ensure smooth program execution.
- Supervise, mentor, and support camp staff and volunteers.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all campers and staff.
- Lead by example, fostering a fun and inclusive environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and campers.
- Assist in organizing and implementing activities and special events.
- Handle behavioral challenges and resolve conflicts as needed.
- Maintain records and ensure adherence to camp policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience working with children in a leadership role (camp, childcare, recreation, or education).
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead a team and foster a positive work environment.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Must be available for the full duration of the summer camp season.
- ECE, Recreation, or Child and Youth Studies background is an asset.

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:
