**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Cabinetmaking**:

- Use CNC machines to cut and shape wood for custom cabinets, ensuring precision and accuracy.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to assemble cabinets and furniture components.
- Interpret blueprints, measurements, and client specifications to ensure high-quality production.
- Perform quality control checks during and after the fabrication process to ensure finished products meet company standards.
- **Installation**:

- Safely and efficiently install custom cabinets in residential and commercial spaces.
- Ensure proper fitting, alignment, and functionality of cabinets during installation.
- Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure timely and accurate completion of installations.
- **Maintenance and Safety**:

- Maintain and operate CNC machinery and other tools in a safe and efficient manner.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machinery issues as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Cabinetmaker, Woodworker, or similar role with a focus on CNC machining.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Strong experience with CNC machines, hand tools, and power tools.
- Ability to measure and cut wood to precise specifications.
- Prior experience installing cabinets and furniture in both residential and commercial settings.
- Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with advanced CNC programming or troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of various types of wood, finishes, and hardware.
- A valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client sites for installations.
