**The Role**:

- To be an integral member of the catering/production team.
- 8 hour shift - with opportunity for overtime if required.
- Day shift - Includes weekends.
- Vacation pay and Benefits after probation.
- May be required to be Chef on site, if needed.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work along side other kitchen members in executing day-to-day duties, such as client company events, wedding buffets, take out lunch boxes, etc.
- Be able to produce quality and delicious dishes in mass quantities.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station.
- Ensure all product is of the highest quality, and presentation prior to departing the kitchen.
- Assist the Chefs in menu planning and taste testing, and be able to give constructive feedback.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience - 1 year in a similar role or field.
- Food Safe certified.
- Creative and willing to learn.
- Previous experience in Catering is an asset but not required.

**Salary**: From $19.00 per hour
