**Job description**

Arborist Position | Trilogy Tree Services Ltd. | Winnipeg MB
Full-Time | $25-$30/hr | Seasonal
- Climbing or use of aerial lift for pruning, removal work, technical rigging, and structural repairs of trees
- Tree planting
- Communicating with clients to ensure exceptional service
- Maintain a safe and clean worksite, including brush removal and site cleanup
- Conduct daily vehicle and equipment inspections and maintenance
- Collaborate with the crew to complete jobs efficiently and safely

**Required Skills and Education**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of arborist experience or UofM Arboriculture Course
- Valid Driver’s License (Air endorsement is a strong asset)
- Excellent communication skills
- A proactive attitude—organized, detail-oriented, and ready to solve problems on the fly
- Comfort with basic tech (phones, apps, GPS)
