Our painting company is looking for motivated Production Crew Members to help deliver high quality residential painting and staining services throughout the community. This entry level role is perfect for anyone looking to gain hands on experience, work in a fast paced team environment, and develop practical job skills.

You will be part of a crew completing both interior and exterior home projects, with a strong focus on professionalism, efficiency, and excellent results for homeowners.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Assist with residential painting and staining jobs
- Handle preparation tasks such as sanding, covering surfaces, setup, and cleanup
- Keep tools and work areas clean and organized
- Follow guidance from supervisors and crew leads
- Work respectfully with coworkers and customers
- Help ensure projects are completed on schedule and to high standards

Training & Advancement:

- No experience necessary full training provided

Schedule:

- Seasonal position from May through August
- 40 hours per week available
