The successful applicant will work in a small crew assisting with maintaining flower beds using safe edging and cultivating techniques to ensure our clients properties look outstanding throughout the spring and summer months This is a great position for a student who will be going to or will be returning to college or university this fall, as this position will be needed for May-September

Our Expectations:

- Follow tasks assigned by the crew leader when arriving at site.
- Walk site to search for hazards and pick up garbage.
- Complete maintenance so garden beds are in pristine condition through pulling unwanted vegetation, edging and cultivating along with other crew members.
- Plant, transplant and remove flowers and plants.
- Install garden mulch and soil.
- Wear PPE and follow all safety expectations.
- Help clean out truck of any debris, garbage or brush at the end of each day.

Job Requirements:

- High School Diploma preferred
- Valid Driver's License preferred
- Minimum 1 season of experience with garden or lawn maintenance experience is preferred
- Basic knowledge of plant identification
- Excellent communication skills and capable of dealing with a wide variety of people in a polite, positive and cooperative manner.
