Role Overview

Hasti Design Studio is seeking a **high-performing, relationship-driven sales representative** to grow our client base within the **Greater Toronto Area**. This role is designed for someone who can independently identify opportunities, build trusted relationships, and convert aligned prospects into signed interior design contracts, while operating within a structured sales system.

The position begins **part-time**, with a **monthly retainer and commission per executed contract**, and includes a **clearly defined pathway to a full-time role** after the first **three months**, based on measurable performance milestones.

Reporting & Structure
- This role reports directly to **Studio Leadership / Sales Management**:

- All sales activity, outreach, and deal progress must be accurately maintained in **HubSpot CRM**

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential clients and companies across the GTA
- Proactively initiate outreach and build relationships with decision-makers
- Present and sell interior design services using a consultative, high-end approach
- Manage follow-ups and negotiations through to signed contracts
- Convert opportunities into executed agreements that move into delivery
- Maintain complete, up-to-date records in **HubSpot CRM**, including contacts, activities, notes, and deal stages
- Must be **based in the Greater Toronto Area**:

- Willing to **travel across the GTA and beyond** as required by the sales strategy
- Available to **attend in-office meetings** whenever required by the company
- Proven experience selling high-value professional services
- Strong communication skills and confident, professional presence
- Comfortable representing a premium brand independently
- **Comfortable on camera and participating in company content** (social media, short videos, or branded material), as directed by management
- Disciplined in using CRM systems; **HubSpot experience strongly preferred**

**Bonus (not required)**:

- Existing relationships with builders, general contractors, developers, or project managers
- Network within medical/dental clinics, wellness/spa operators, or boutique restaurant groups

Compensation & Growth
- Monthly retainer (part-time, initial phase)
- Commission for every signed and executed contract
- Clearly defined 90-day performance milestones
- Structured transition to a full-time role based on results
