Service In Your City, a premier health care agency specializing in providing Personal Support Workers (PSWs) to hospitals, nursing homes, retirement homes, group homes, and the community, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is instrumental in expanding our outreach and establishing strong relationships with healthcare facilities and community organizations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and target potential clients, including hospitals, nursing homes, retirement homes, and community organizations to promote our PSW services.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and communication.
- Conduct presentations and meetings to showcase our services and articulate the benefits of partnering with Service In Your City.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and implementation of services.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or service sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships quickly.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of the health care industry and the challenges faced by clients is an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
