Do you take pride in your work and work with precision? **Responsibilities**: - Communicate clearly and concisely with others regarding work instruction and completion of work. - Ensure working environment is safe and clean - Read and interpret plans, written instructions, verbal instructions - General Laborer is responsible for assisting Lead hands or Site Foreman in the all tasks associated with projects - Follow direction from the Lead hand, Site Foreman or Manager - Use all hand tools safely and efficiently - Clean up any mess left around the shop at any time or on the site prior to leaving for the day - Project a positive company image by acting professionally at all times, on or off client properties - Follow all company policies and procedures including Health & Safety Policy - Occasional operation of farm equipment **Preferred Skills**: - Hours are Monday - Friday; variable start and finish times, plus Saturdays as workload demands - Seasonal work - Valid and clean license abstract, minimum G2 license required - Nutrient Technician License would be an asset, or willing to obtain - Work well bot individually and within a team environment - Have good oral and written communication skills, job task planning and organization - Complete all paperwork required by Management - Willingness and cooperation for continuous learning - Some heavy lifting/labor may be required (>100lbs) - Willingness to work extended hours during busy periods - Need to have transportation to and from work COVID-19 precaution(s): - Personal protective equipment provided or required - Social distancing guidelines in place **Benefits**: - Dental care - Life insurance - Vision care **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week **Benefits**: - Dental care - Life insurance - Vision care Schedule: - Monday to Friday Licence/Certification: - Class G Licence (required) Work Location: In person
