**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Let patrons know of wait times and contact them as a table becomes available
- Take reservations over the phone, online platforms, or in-person
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming front-of-house experience
- Answer questions about the food and beverage menu, as needed
- Preparing tables or serving stations for service
- Running food from the kitchen to the tables
- Serving food and beverage to guests at their tables or at serving stations
- Creating a pleasant atmosphere for dining and entertainment

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Flexible schedule for working weekends and evenings
- Customer service skills
- Organization skills for scheduling and booking reservations and tables
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Teamwork and collaboration skills
- Ability to handle high-stress situations
- Comfortable rapport with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Knowledge of catering best practices
- Understanding of food and beverage health and safety requirements

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: From $15.00 per hour
