Concession Booth Operator

Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Kinsmen Concession Booth.
- Manage inventory, including ordering, management of deliveries and restocking.
- Conduct food preparation, opening and closing duties, ensuring compliance with safe food handling practices and current health regulations and procedures.
- Maintain positive relationship to customers through excellent customer service.
- Handle customer complaints effectively and efficiently.
- Manage cash, complete daily reports and checklist.
- Drive operational excellence by constantly seeking ways to improve processes and performance.

**Requirements**:

- Full Availability over weekends, September 2024 to May 2025
- Able to work up to 20 hrs between Friday afternoon and Sunday night
- Able to handle multiple transactions without a computerized till.
- Ability to stand for long hours. Bend, rotate and lift. Commitment to cleaning.

Assets
- Canadian Food Handler Certificate
- Have access to own transportation
- Live in, or in close proximity to, the city of Stratford
- Ability to coordinate with various delivery companies over the rest of the week
