**Job Summary**

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Operates mowers and string trimmers in trimming lawn around the property.
- Waters, fertilize lawns and, spray chemicals on landscaped areas.
- Maintains fuel and fluid levels for all types of equipment, such as riding mowers, push mowers, line trimmers, leaf blowers, and reports equipment problems or failure to the maintenance supervisor immediately.
- Returns all equipment to the designated location and cleans the maintenance areas under the direction of the maintenance supervisor.
- Assist with the maintenance and repair of irrigation systems, including sprinkler heads and pipes.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in English with strong communication skills.
- Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Capable of performing physical work.
- Able to perform basic tasks with tools.
- A commitment to safety protocols and procedures within the facility.

This position is essential for maintaining the high standards of our facility while ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all visitors and staff.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
