**Responsibilities**:

- Greeting and seating guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Presenting menus, describing menu items, and providing recommendations.
- Taking accurate food and beverage orders and entering them into the system.
- Serving food and drinks promptly and efficiently.
- Anticipating and fulfilling guests' needs throughout their dining experience.
- Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of tables, utensils, and dining areas.
- Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Handling guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Processing payment transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and serving.
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus, including any specials or dietary restrictions.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: $16.00-$19.00 per hour
