**Qualifications**
- Passion for fitness and customer service
- Strong sales skills is an asset, but not required
- Valid CPR and First Aid
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to oversee all customer related tasks
- Willingness to accept ongoing coaching and feedback
- Works well in a team setting
- Enjoys a challenge
- A related degree or diploma is an asset, but not required

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Answer phone calls and handle any inquiries
- Set appointments, change schedule, and call reminders
- Enter prospects and clients information on management software
- Prospects and clients follow-up
- Customer service
- Conduct fitness and nutrition sales consultations
- Conduct personal/group training session
- Hire, train, and manage trainers
- Manage events and marketing activities
- Inventory and office supplies upkeep

**Secondary Responsibilities**
- General cleaning
- Assist trainers with nutrition and habit coaching
- Attend weekly staff meetings

**Hours**:
40 hour work week

**Salary**:
Profit share - Will result in 60-150k+ depending on results

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
