- Lead Roofers (4 to 5 person crew) to safely achieve objectives
- Supervise employees to ensure schedules are maintained and projects proceed according to plans, job specifications
- Direct supervision of ongoing work, projects, and complete 1 on 1 regularly
- Monitor attendance of staff and accounting of hours/posting
- Assist in resolution of technical problems
- Resolve employee and customer concerns/disputes**EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS**
- Prior experience installing various types of shingles on residential properties
- A Class 5 License
- 2 years of people leadership experience**TYPE OF PERSON WHO WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE**
