**EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS**
- A Class 5 License
- Prior experience working at heights and with power tools
- Be in sound physical condition with the ability to lift/carry up to 80 pounds
- Prior experience in the sloped roofing industry. Able to diagnose and repair issues related to sloped roofing.
- Prior experience in a leadership position (preferably 2+ years) requiring regular customer communication
- People skills with the ability to communicate strongly both verbally and in writing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in order present solutions, explain options, handle pricing, and answer customer questions.
- Experience working with safety systems

We are located in St. Boniface near Provencher and Archibald.

We have been a leader in the residential roofing, siding, eavestrough and insulation industry for years.
