**Role Responsibilities**:
Your key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating the administration and quality assurance of the Third-Party Auditor Program in compliance with relevant legislation and policies.
- Preparing detailed reports, briefings, and recommendations that support senior decision-making and ongoing program improvement.
- Monitoring compliance trends, evaluating operational outcomes, and identifying areas for innovation and policy enhancement.
- Leading the recruitment, onboarding, and contract management processes for Third-Party Auditors.
- Managing program records, correspondence, and documentation with precision to uphold fairness and regulatory integrity.
- Engaging internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure program transparency, consistency, and alignment with changing legislation.

- University degree in Public Administration, Accounting, Business Management, Policing or related, PLUS 2 years related experience or equivalent as described
**Equivalency**:
- Directly related education or experience considered on the basis of 1 year of education for 1 year of experience, or 1 year of experience for 1 year of education
For Example:
- Related 1 year certificate PLUS a minimum 5 years of experience
- Related 2-year diploma PLUS a minimum 4 years of experience
- Related minimum 6 years of experience
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of the carrier compliance topics and related federal and provincial standards and legislation regulation (e.g., Motor Vehicle Transport Act, Alberta's Traffic Safety Act), and ability to interpret and provide advice to transportation industry stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of each of the programs within the broad Carrier Compliance Program and Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance inspection program criteria and associated regulations, including policies and procedures, user manuals and training materials.
- Strong written, oral communication and influence skills to convince carriers of the benefits of compliance to legislation and to impose operating conditions.
- Extensive knowledge of the information management and technology systems used to administer the Program (e.g., 1GX, TSIS, MOVES/ROADS/MAX, MOTRIS,
