**Location**:Richmond, BC
Boston Pizza International is seeking a Receptionist to join our Human Resources and Administration team. Reporting to the Office Manager, the Receptionist's primary duties are to ensure there is always a presence at the front desk to warmly greet all visitors and provide the highest quality of customer service.

**Scope of Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for receiving all incoming telephone calls in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Able to operate telephone and voice mail system efficiently
- Ensures that the reception area and main boardroom are tidy and presentable and that reading materials in reception area are current and neatly organized.
- Greets all incoming guests in a courteous and professional manner and announces visitors to staff.
- Maintains staff listings
- Enters employee and store contact information into Outlook
- Keeps record of staff availability so that customers can be properly informed.
- Prepares courier packages and waybills for pick up as required, filing copies of waybills.
- Orders business cards for staff. Responsible for approving printed proof and finalizing all orders.
- As part of the administrative team, may be required to assist with word processing, mail sorting and delivery and any other clerical activity as time permits or the need arises.
- Sorts, files, and distributes all purchase orders for the Administration/Human Resources department
- Other duties as required
**Who you are**:
- 2-3 years office work experience, minimum one year switchboard/reception experience
- Superior interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills; excellent telephone manner
- Must have an eye for detail and excellent follow-up skills
- Ability to multitask and work with patience under pressure
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); minimum typing speed of 50 wpm
