**Job Title**: High School Tutor

**Location**: Richmond, BC

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: 25+/hr

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop personalized lesson plans and study strategies to meet individual student needs.
- Provide guidance and support to help students improve their academic performance.
- Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting tutoring methods as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other team members.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently studying or graduating from a related field at the university level.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience and the ability to motivate and engage students.
- Above 18 years of age.
- Previous tutoring or teaching experience is preferred.
- Current university students preferred.

**Schedule**:
Tutoring sessions will take place after school hours, on weekends, and during break periods. The timing may vary based on student availability. The estimated working hours are 2 to 20 hours per week.
