- Oversee and manage the Hydraulic Division Service Department to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Implement customer service policies and procedures.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Monitor customer interactions to ensure quality and adherence to company standards.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Train and mentor Service Technicians on best practices and company policies.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to service team memebers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in the hydraulic service industry.

- Proven experience in a customer service management role - Hydraulic industry experience required.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Proficient in project management principles and techniques.
- Ability to effectively communicate, negotiate, and resolve conflicts with customers.
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer data and identify trends or patterns.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Salary**: $5,400.00-$7,000.00 per month
