**What You’ll Do**:

- Support the General Manager in leading daily operations
- Drive customer success through onboarding, check-ins, retention, and upselling
- Build strong relationships with clients and ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals that support business growth
- Motivate and coordinate with staff to maintain smooth operations
- Contribute to a clean, organized space—including light cleaning duties as part of shared responsibilities
- Analyze client feedback and performance data to improve service
- Step in as a leader when needed and help coach others toward success

- Strong sales acumen with a focus on achieving results through relationship-building.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on active listening.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a passion for helping customers succeed.

Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
